Cyprus culinary Olympic team gala

In an impressive presentation of savour, flavours but also high cooking it was organised on Friday 14th of September in the hotel Le Meridien in Limassol the annual official dinner of Olympic team of cooking.

All the sponsors, old and new members of Olympic team but also official guests had the opportunity to enjoy the new gastronomic creations of twelve members of the Olympic team. The evening was welcomed by the President of Cyprus Chefs Association Mr. Giannakis Agapiou, the assistant chairman of CTO as well as the director of Olympic team Giorgos Damianou. The people clapped cardially the presentation of the team’s members and during the award commemorial plaques to all previous members of the team.

All the sponsors accepted the thanks of the chairman of contact and the director of the team during the award commemorial plaque. The evening closed with the promise of all chefs for each possible effort in the gastronomic challenges in the competitions 2008 and all the sponsors stated to be present in the efforts of the team.

  4. Cyprus Traditional “Cuisine” will take place in Nicosia from 06/12/2007 until 08/12/2007

International Dubai seafood show (DISF) 29th – 31st October 2007

For those who are responsible for the purchases on food service, hotel catering, chain restaurants, supermarkets, and hypermarkets, seafood market, distribution, suppliers, processors, importers the international Dubai seafood show is one of the best fairs to visit.
Exhibitor items like fresh and preserved fish, frozen fish, dried and canned fish, seafood gourmet specialties, aquaculture produce, storage systems for live shellfish and fish and much more will be over there.
The event will take place on Crowne Plaza hotel from 29th until 31st of October 2007.

On Friday 15 June 2007 and Friday 2 November 2007 on Mosimann’s restaurant in London the word chateau Petrus alone, conjures up all that is luxurious and decadent; many dream of tasting such a selection of these celebrated wines, which is probably why the Mosimann’s special showcase dinners with a six-course culinary extravaganza have become such a phenomenal success. Anton Mosimann will talk on the food pairings whilst David Britton from Corney and Barrow will introduce the wines. International Kremlin Culinary Cup 2007 October 3th – 6st 2007

The third international Kremlin culinary cup will take place in crocus expo exhibition center in Moscow between 3 and 6 of October 2007.

More than 40.000 visitors are securing the exhibition in one meeting point of Asia and European chefs’ appointment. 600 exhibiting companies from 25 countries will give solutions to all hospitality people.
