Cherry Festival 2018

On the 2nd of June 2018 we had a wonderful time celebrating for yet another year the Famous Cherry Festival at the Three Olives Village. The community council prepared an unforgettable day with cherries and traditional products, live music, food and lots of spectacular events.

The Program included:

-Sweet cherry deserts

-Culinary cherry creations made by the award-winner Chef Giorgos Kyprianou (CyChefs)

-Bazaar with various cherries and products

-Creative entertainment for children by Maria Pithara

-Haloumi preparations and sales

-Delicious food and beverages

-Live music with Lefteris Moschovia and Chryso Dimitris.

Cultural Heritage of Kakotopia

Charity love Dinner

The established charity event “Love Dinner” for the children with special needs “Apostolos Pavlos” school in Liopetri has been organized for the 15th consecutive year and was held at the ZEDIPA restaurant in Avgorou village. More than 70 chefs members of Cyprus Chefs Association and Culinary students from Famagusta District participated and cooked many favor dishes for more than 1500 people
