I am pleased to let you know that training needs for the hospitality industry can be addressed through attendance at the Skills for Service Conference on 9 & 10 July in Sheffield.
One of the sessions on 9 July is “Allergy Awareness in the Restaurant Business” and this will be delivered by Fiona Cameron from Food Allergy Training Consultancy
On 10 July two sessions on Service Excellence will be delivered, one by Edward Griffiths CVO ( Deputy Master of the Royal Household) and the other by Ted Stone ( CEO Customer First).
It is possible to attend one day or both.
