The Seminar “Cyprus Gastronomy & Hospitality Workshop” was held with great success on the 06/06/2014. The Seminar was perfectly organized by the Cypriot Tourism Organization with the assistance and support of Derynias Mayor.

It was presented by the Chef and well known Professor of Gastronomy Mr. George Kyprianou, the Author and Educator on Wine issues and Hospitality Mr. Dimmitris Pavlides and Miss Elina Christofides CTO Operator.

More than 30 Restaurants and Traditional Taverns of the district participated and the seminar was held in the very hospitable part of the grand restaurant Zappeion.
