Οn 11th of November was realized with exceptional success seminar with title: “the Chef of the future”
The seminar took place in Larnaca at “Lordos hotel” and participants were executive chefs and head chefs from all over Cyprus.
Mr Andreas Georgiou, who was the seminar lecturer, presented this subject with a lot of examples and gave the stain of evolving Chef, He underlined the new upcoming trends in cooking, as well as new materials and spices that will come soon in Cyprus gastronomy.
At this seminar were present also the Vice president of Cyprus Chefs Association Mr George Kyprianou who suggested to Mr Andreas to co-operate with CCA Education committee for organizing similar seminars.
