Tzanziki

  • 400 grams strain yogurt
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 tea spoon dry mint
  • 2 garlic gloves
  • 2-3 soup spoons olive oil
  • Salt for testing
  • 2 pita bread
  • 4 cucumbers for accompaniment

Method:

  • Pass the 2 cucumbers from coarse grater, and drain well. Try to squeeze in your hands thoroughly.
  • Mix well the yogurt with the grated cucumber, mint, finely chopped garlic, olive oil and salt.
  • Divide into bowls , serve with sticks of cucumber and warm pita
