- 400 grams strain yogurt
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 tea spoon dry mint
- 2 garlic gloves
- 2-3 soup spoons olive oil
- Salt for testing
- 2 pita bread
- 4 cucumbers for accompaniment
- Pass the 2 cucumbers from coarse grater, and drain well. Try to squeeze in your hands thoroughly.
- Mix well the yogurt with the grated cucumber, mint, finely chopped garlic, olive oil and salt.
- Divide into bowls , serve with sticks of cucumber and warm pita
