1 tea cup butter shortening or spry
1 tea cup sugar
2 tea cups four
2 tea spoons baking powder
1 tea spoon brandy
Beat well the sugar, butter and vanilla in mixer.
Mix the flour with baking powder and add it slowly in butter mix.
In the middle add eggs and brandy.
Leave the dough cover with cling film for 30 minutes to rest.
Open the dough with molder and set it on buttered oven pan. Keep some of the dough for the garnish at the end.
Spread a thin paste of marmalade on the dough.
Garnish on lines with the rest of dough and brush with little milk.
Cook in oven on 170 decrees until get a nice golden color.
