INGREDIENTS:
4 potatoes, skinned, boiled, drained, cubed
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
1-2 chilies (according to taste) minced, or chili powder
30 gr crushed coriander
30 gr crushed cumin
90 gr oil (enough to coat your pan)
Lemon juice to taste
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander to taste
Additional: if you have chaat masala or garam masala that’s perfect to put into this as well
Method
- Heat oil
- When the oil is hot, add the onions and garlic
- Add the coriander, cumin, and chilies
- Cook until the onions are translucent
- Mix the spices with the mayo; add cilantro, salt and lemon juice to taste
- Spoon the mayo mixture into the potatoes a little at a time
