Easter biscuits

Ingredients

350gr vegetable butter or 1 tin spry

7 eggs

2 glasses sugar

1 small envelope ammonia powder

1 tea spoon soda powder

1 glass milk

2 vanilla

1 ½ flour farina 00

Method

Blend the butter and sugar in the mixer.

Add the eggs one by one continuing the mixing.

Dissolve the soda in the milk and pour it in the mixture. Then add the powdered cooking ammonia together with the vanilla to the mixture.

Finally add the flour and continue mixing at low speed.

Your dough should be so soft that it can just about be rolled out

Make different shapes such as plaits,‘S’ shapes etc

You bake in your preheated oven at 170 – 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
