For Baclava:
- 250 grams fyllo pastry
- 100 grams walnuts
- 100 grams almond nuts
- 1 table spoon sugar
- ½ tea spoon cinnamon powder
- ¼ tea spoon cardamom powder
- 200 grams melted unsalted butter
For the Syrup:
- 2 cups water
- 3 cups sugar
- Some lemon juice drops
- ½ orange zest
- 1 cinamon stick
- 2-3 gloves
For Decoration:
- 4 vanilla ice cream scoops
- 2 fresh figs
- 4 rasberrys on vine
- 1 table spoon almond flakes in pieces
- 3 mint flowers
Method:

Start making the syrup first.

Put all ingredients in a pot and leave them to boil for about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and allow to cool.

For the baklava put first the nuts in a blender and grind gently. Do not make them like dust. You simply need them to be well broken.

Transfer them to a bowl and mix with sugar, cardamom, and cinnamon.

Spread on the countertop 2pastry sheets. Put butter and sprinkle a little with the mix of nuts. For any Baclava you will need almost 2 tbsp.

Use an awl at the edge of the sheet to help you wrap it like a sausage.

Continue this until you make all genders.

Butter a nonstick baking tray well and place the prepared desserts.

In the case you have butter left pour it over the baklava in the bakin tray.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake the baklava for 60 minutes.

Once cooked remove from the oven and with a concave spoon slowly pour the syrup over.

Allow to cool completely and serve with vanilla ice cream and sprinkled nuts

Decorate your plate with slices of fresh fig, mint and bunches of berries.
