For the Ribs
- 4 baby pork spare ribs
- 2 glasses bbq sauce
- ½ chopped onion
- Some chopped parsley
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper
For Bbq Sauce:
- 2 glasses tomato ketchap
- 1 fresh orange
- I cup apple vinegar
- 1 large onion in slices
- 3 table spoons sugar
- 1 tea spoon English mustard
- 1 table spoon apple sauce (from the market)
- Salt and pepper
For the vegetables:
- 3 colorfull peppers in small cubes
- 1 carrot in cubes
- 1 aubergine in cubes
- 1 courgette in cubes
- 2 table spoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Method:
- First prepare the bbq sauce.
- Take the juice from the oranges.
- Put all sauce ingredients in a saucepan with the orange cups and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Pass the sauce from a strainer.
- Then prepare the chops.
- Divide the lemon and pass it well on all sides of meat.
- Dilute the bbq sauce with 4 cups water.
- Put the chops in baking tray, salt and pepper and pour the sauce dissolved.
- Cover with foil and bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for half an hour.
- Remove them from the sauce and serve with chopped onion, parsley and fresh lemon.
- You may put extra sauce bbq & vegetable of your choice or salad.
