Seminar B΄semester 2007 “Cyprus Traditional Cuisine” presented by George Kyprianou and took place at Intercollege. At this seminar have been invited 4 distinguish guests: Mr Thasos Ioannou, Mr Diolas Michael, Mrs Niki Agathocleous and representative of ministry of Agriculture. At the pictures George thanks Mrs Niki Agathocleous and Ministry of Agriculture. Also Mr Thasos Ioannou gives lecture to the participants! Also a view of products, books and many traditional ingredients which have been exhibited on first day seminar.
