On 7 th of December, the program of Culinary Arts of Intercollege in cooperation with “four Seasons” hotel organized a seminar on “Advance buffet”.
Aim of this seminar was to stir the interest of students for more creativity and better organizational skills of how to cook and present “Advance buffet”.
The seminar was held in the modern kitchen labs of Intercollege. The seminar has been presented by the Chefs Mr. Aggelo Ioannou and Mr Evripidi Charalambous.
