On 19-23 of October with extraordinary success and interest were realized the “Agricultural Fair”. At this interesting exhibition were presented plenty of Cypriot products, equipment, services and all nature objects that had direct or indirect relation with the agriculture and the nature of Cyprus. The department of Agriculture through a lot of activities organized seminars and presentations in related areas as “cooking with Cyprus olive oil and olives” as well as “the effects of olive oil in our diet”.
Thanks were expressed by the Ministry of Agriculture who attend the seminar, to the Chef & Chef Catering Consulting for organizing the all event, to the “Cychefs” for the supervision of the recipes flyer, to “Anco” Company for the concession of professional equipments, to the Dietician Nikoleta Ntorzi for the very impressive presentation and to the Chef Lecturer George Kyprianou who was been also the coordinator and presenter of practical seminar.
