Method:
Cut first the pita bread in large pieces and put them in medium oven until get crispy.
Leave them to cool.
Wash and dry all the vegetables.
Peeled cucumbers and aubergine.
Mixed all the ingredients in large bowl, share in plates, garnish with pita bread and serve.
