6-8 big prawns, boiled, peeled and cold
1 tea spoon hot chilli chopped
3 soup spoons fresh coriander leaves
2 medium avocado in large cubes
2 large mango in cubes
1 soup spoon sugar
2 soup spoons vegetable oil
3 soup spoons laim juice
Salt and pepper
Method:
- In large salad bowl put the prawns, avocado and mango.
- Topped with red pepper and coriander leaves.
- Mixed well sugar, oil, laim juice, salt and pepper and dress the salad.
- Serve imidiently.
