1 Ripe avocado, peeled
200 gr Hummus
1 Spring onion, chopped
1 Tomato, chopped
20 gr Green chilies, chopped
Olive oil
fresh coriander, chopped
Pita bread
Method:
Scoop avocado into a medium bowl. Mash & add hummus, blend thoroughly. Gently stir in the spring onions, tomato & chilies. Check seasonings. Cover & refrigerate. Before serving, drizzle with olive oil & garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve with pita wedges.
