Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 tea cup oil
3 tea cups farina flour (00)
1 tea cup sugar
¾ tea cup milk
3 vanilla sugars
2 tea spoons baking Powder
¼ tea cup milk
100 gr chocolate couverture
Method:
Beat the eggs with sugar
Add the oil and the rest of ingredients except milk and couverture.
Warm the milk and add the chocolate, stirring occasionally until is dissolve.
Leave some mixture of beaten eggs on side and in the rest add the milk and chocolate.
Coat your baking pan with oil, dust with flour.
Pure the two mixtures in baking pan and cook in preheat oven for 45 minutes.
Leave the cake to cool a little and take out from the pan.
You can serve hot or cold.
