The recipe book “Aroma and Colour in the Kitchen”, is the first of many gastronomical books scheduled for publication by Antonis Nicolaou and George Kyprianou (cychefs). The book contains delicious recipes of local cuisine and adopts a very friendly approach. As you can see a good recipe book is not just a collection of recipes but a companion while cooking. A recipe book should be a submission of knowledge, to give others the ‘know-how’ for better cooking experiences, to look at food from a different point of view and – this also includes the way the dishes are photographed – even the most difficult of recipes can be easy to make when the chef also has a good picture to go.

All these points are successfully accomplished through the book.
