At 4/6/2016 George Kyprianou (Cychefs), the Author of the Nutrichef healthy cookery book, and Aroma and Color in the Kitchen, in cooperation with the Stevia company, joined the two days Russian festival and presented both books and explained to the visitors the advantages of using Stevia in our diet instead of sugar. The event was organized by the Russian Association and more than 10.000 people visited this great event.
George returns to Cyprus and is invited on TV stations and other media for several interviews.

George Kyprianou presented new trendy, well decorating salads in a very big weeding event, sponsored by Alion vegetable and fruit. The event took place at Efkalipti restaurant.

The executive chef of the Kanika Group, Andonis Nicolaou presented the new trends and philosophy of the cuisine today, as well as the gastronomic strategy that the Company needs to follow.
In Gatronomia fair and professional culinary competitions the Kanika group, led and trained by Mr. Antonis Nicolaou, had an outstanding success as the 30 chefs of the group who participated in different categories won 4 gold, 11 silver and 5 bronze metals.
As part of an evening organized by the Cyprus Maritime Co Association this June in the magical museum in Kouklia Paphos, Andonis along with distinguished colleagues are preparing a dinner with haute cuisine dishes!!
As part of the Junior’s National Team participation in the Olympic Culinary Competitions to be held during October in Germany, Andonis along with the young Chefs cooked for special guests and served them at Artima Restaurant in Limassol.
