Olive Oil & Olives of Cyprus in Agricultural Fair
On 19-23 of October with extraordinary success and interest were realized the “Agricultural Fair”. At this interesting exhibition were presented plenty of Cypriot products, equipment, services and all nature objects that had direct or indirect relation with the agriculture and the nature of Cyprus. The department of Agriculture through a lot of activities organized seminars and presentations in related areas as “cooking with Cyprus olive oil and olives” as well as “the effects of olive oil in our diet”.
Thanks were expressed by the Ministry of Agriculture who attend the seminar, to the Chef & Chef Catering Consulting for organizing the all event, to the “Cychefs” for the supervision of the recipes flyer, to “Anco” Company for the concession of professional equipments, to the Dietician Nikoleta Ntorzi for the very impressive presentation and to the Chef Lecturer George Kyprianou who was been also the coordinator and presenter of practical seminar.
Presentation of “Uniliever” Products by CyChefs
On 15-17 of December, CyChefs presented “Uniliever” products. The event took place in the new branch of “Alfa Mega” supermarket in Pafos. CyChefs impressed with their splendid recipes and their advices. CyChefs supported by the chef and member of “Cychefs” Mr Christodoulo Iacovou.

Visiting a “Michellin” Restaurant in Venice
On December, Giorgos visited Italy. There, he had the opportunity to enjoy flavors in the “Michellin” restaurant “Bistrot de Venice”.

Αγαπητοί συνάδελφοι/σσες,
Εκ μέρους της εκπαιδευτικής επιτροπής του Συνδέσμου Αρχιμαγείρων Κύπρου, επικοινωνούμε μαζί σας με σκοπό την έγκυρη και όσο το δυνατόν καλύτερη ενημέρωσή σας, στα θέματα που άπτονται των σεμιναρίων που διοργανώνει κάθε εξάμηνο σε συνεργασία με την Αρχή Ανάπτυξης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, η εκπαιδευτική επιτροπή του συνδέσμου μας.
Βρισκόμαστε λοιπόν στην ευχάριστη θέση να σας ανακοινώσουμε τα τρία (3) σεμινάρια που εγκρίθηκαν για το Α΄ εξάμηνο του 2012, από την Αρχή Ανάπτυξης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.
Στο έντυπο αναφέρονται οι επαρχίες, οι ημερομηνίες, το ωράριο, το κόστος, οι εκπαιδευτές, οι κανονισμοί και ο χώρος που θα διεξαχθούν τα σεμινάρια, καθώς και η αίτηση συμμετοχής. Η αίτηση συμμετοχής θα πρέπει να σταλεί συμπληρωμένη με τηλεομοιότυπο ή ταχυδρομικώς ή και ηλεκτρονικώς έγκαιρα (εντός 10 ημερών πριν την εφαρμογή του κάθε σεμιναρίου), στα στοιχεία που σας υποδεικνύουμε.
Θα πρέπει να σας επισημάνουμε ότι για τα τρία (3) εγκριμένα σεμινάρια που έχουμε να ενεργοποιήσουμε, λόγω του περιορισμένου αριθμού θέσεων που μας επιτρέπει η Αρχή Ανάπτυξης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, θα κρατηθεί σειρά προτεραιότητας. Πιστεύοντας ότι το ενδιαφέρον των μελών μας θα είναι μεγάλο και με αυτά τα δεδομένα, ο Σύνδεσμός μας θα προχωρήσει στην επανάληψη των εγκριμένων σεμιναρίων, καθ’ ότι η ΑνΑΔ μας ενημέρωσε γραπτώς ότι θα μπορούμε μέχρι τις 31/12/2014 ανά εξάμηνο να τα επαναλαμβάνουμε.
Η επιτροπή εκπαίδευσης θα προσπαθήσει να εκπληρώσει όσο το δυνατό καλύτερα τις ανάγκες που έχουν τα μέλη μας, και γενικότερα η ξενοδοχειακή και επισιτιστική βιομηχανία του τόπου μας, ετοιμάζοντας και σχετικό ερωτηματολόγιο.
Η επικοινωνία μεταξύ μας θα είναι συνεχής και ουσιαστική, πιστεύοντας και στη δική σας στήριξη για το κοινό όφελος όλων, την συνεχή εκπαίδευση.
Ο Σύνδεσμος Αρχιμαγείρων Κύπρου (Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο και Εκπαιδευτική Επιτροπή) σας εύχεται να έχετε μια αποδοτική, επιμορφωτική χρονιά.
