Cychefs was created and established by the colleagues and very good friends George Kyprianou and Andonis Nikolaou in 2007. Through their close co-operation which started in 1997, made them realize the food trends, needs and demands of tourist industry in Cyprus and worldwide.
They decided to help in their own way professionals, students, housewives and many more, by giving them professional advice about all gastronomic events and other tourist issues.
Cychef’s aim is also to promote Cyprus traditional cuisine, Mediterranean cuisine, Cyprus food history and culture.
