Ingredients for stuffing:

1250 grams ground almond and walnuts (half and half)
150 grams sesame seeds
1 3/4 tea cup honey
2 soup spoons sugar
1 village cracker in pounded
1 1/2 soup spoon olive oil
1 tea spoon cinnamon powder
1 tea spoon clove powder
1 tea spoon nutmeg powder

Ingredients for the dough:

2 glasses oil
1 tea cup raki or zivania
2 coffee cups water
1 tea spoon soda
1 soup spoon lemon zest
1 coffee cup fresh orange juice
1 1/2 kg flour

For dusting:

3 tea cups icing sugar

Method:

in a large bowl mixed well the raki or zivania, the oil and the water. Add soda, lemon zest, orange juice and slowly the flour. Mix until become nice dough. Open the dough in fyllo sheet and cut round shape pieces. Add a spoon full with the mixture of the stuffing and closed like lunette. When you make all of them arrange in a large roasting pan and cook in preheated oven on 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Leave them to cool and dust with icing sugar.
