Creamy mango Brule


1 mango peeled and cubed.

130 gr mascarpone cheese

100 ml yogurt

½ tea spoon chopped or mashed ginger

Zest and juice from half lime

1 soup spoon light brown sugar

2 soup spoons sugar


After you clean and pealed the mango cut in small cubes and set in a bowls.

Mixed cheese and yogurt well in a bowl.

Add ginger, brown sugar, zest and the juice of lime.

Cover mango with the mixture.

Dust the sugar on top.

Carefully caramelized the sugar under hot salamander.

Serve chilled.
