The first ever Cypriot restaurant established in Moscow

On the 1st of February 2010 in the heart of Moscow, the first of a chain of Cypriot restaurants opened its doors to the public.

Andonis from CyChefs, undertook this project with great zeal. He managed the kitchen, the menu and he brought the colours, aromas and tastes of Cyprus to the restaurant. So far, guests’ remarks have been fantastic and quite flattering.

Following this successful beginning, and promising outlook, goals have been set to include the establishment of a chain of Cypriot restaurants throughout Russia with tastes of oregano, extra virgin olive oil, basil and mint.

If your travels ever lead you to Moscow be sure to visit and make sure you try traditional kleftiko in a clay pot, char grilled sieftalia and trachana soup with traditional halloumi from Paphos.
